1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of letsgosolar.co and your purchase of products from LetsGoSolar.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using our website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.
2. Who We Are
The website is operated by:
LETSGOSOLAR LIMITED
Trading as LetsGoSolar
In these Terms, “LetsGoSolar,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to LETSGOSOLAR LIMITED.
Our contact information appears in Section 29.
3. Who May Place an Order
To place an order, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Provide accurate and complete order information; and
- Be authorised to use the payment method provided.
A person under 18 may only purchase through a parent or legal guardian who submits and accepts responsibility for the order.
Where you order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or person.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met.
4. Product Information and Specifications
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, capacity information, output ratings, included accessories and compatibility information are accurate.
However:
- Product images may be illustrative;
- Screen colours and proportions may vary depending on your device;
- Packaging may be updated by the manufacturer;
- Minor cosmetic details may vary between manufacturing batches; and
- Manufacturers may make non-material design or packaging changes.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.
Product specifications should be read carefully before purchase, particularly:
- Battery capacity;
- Continuous output;
- Peak or surge output;
- Supported charging methods;
- Solar-input limits;
- Voltage and frequency requirements;
- Number and type of output ports;
- Product dimensions and weight; and
- Appliances or devices the product is designed to support.
A peak or surge rating is not the same as the product’s continuous output rating.
Statements that a product can power a particular appliance assume that the appliance operates within the product’s supported output and startup requirements. Actual appliance consumption may differ between models.
Battery runtime estimates are illustrative. Actual runtime may vary depending on connected load, startup demand, power-conversion losses, battery condition, temperature, charging history, usage pattern and other operating conditions.
You are responsible for checking the power requirements of your appliances before connecting them. Contact us before ordering where you require help determining compatibility.
5. Prices
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira;
- The displayed product price does not include delivery charges;
- The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to verification before acceptance; and
- Delivery charges will be calculated or confirmed separately.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted unless you agree to the change.
5.1 Pricing errors
Although we take reasonable care, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price.
Where we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may:
- Contact you and offer the product at the correct price; or
- Cancel the order.
If payment has already been received and you do not accept the corrected price, we will refund the amount paid.
We will not charge a higher price without first obtaining your agreement.
6. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotional prices, launch offers, discounts, free gifts and bundles may:
- Apply for a limited period;
- Be limited to available stock;
- Apply only to selected products;
- Apply only through specified sales channels;
- Be restricted to one per customer, household, telephone number, delivery address or payment method; and
- Be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
The terms displayed with a promotion form part of these Terms.
A promotional price or statement such as “limited,” “launch price,” “save” or “up to” does not guarantee that stock will remain available throughout the promotional period.
Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.
A free gift has no cash value and cannot ordinarily be exchanged separately from the qualifying product.
Where an order is refunded in full, any free product supplied as part of that order must also be returned, unless we agree otherwise.
7. Discount Codes
Discount codes:
- Must be entered before the order is submitted;
- Apply only to eligible products and orders;
- May have an expiry date;
- May be subject to minimum-order requirements;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be applied retrospectively;
- Cannot ordinarily be transferred, resold or combined with another code; and
- May be withdrawn where issued or used in error, fraudulently or contrary to the stated conditions.
Unless the promotion expressly says otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.
We may cancel or adjust an order where a discount code was obtained, reproduced or used through manipulation, automation, multiple identities, false information or another form of abuse. Where appropriate, we will give you an opportunity to pay the correct amount.
Pack the Box game discount
Where the Pack the Box game awards a YC1100 discount, the displayed offer is ₦5,000 off one eligible YC1100 order.
The game discount:
- Expires exactly five hours after it is issued;
- Is single-use;
- Applies only to an eligible YC1100 order;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be applied after an order has already been submitted; and
- Cannot be combined with another discount code unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
A code may be pre-filled in checkout for convenience, but it remains subject to server-side validation. A pre-filled code does not guarantee acceptance if it has expired, has already been used, is not eligible for the order or was obtained through manipulation or abuse.
8. Submitting an Order
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product under these Terms.
An automated website message, payment notification, order number or acknowledgment email confirms only that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Before accepting an order, we may need to verify:
- Product availability;
- Product price;
- Payment status;
- Discount eligibility;
- Your telephone number;
- Your delivery address;
- Lagos Pay on Delivery eligibility;
- The applicable delivery fee; and
- Fraud or security information.
9. Order Acceptance
A binding sales contract is formed when we send or communicate an express order confirmation after completing the necessary verification.
For a prepaid order, payment alone does not require us to accept the order where:
- The product is unavailable;
- The listed price contains an obvious error;
- The delivery location cannot reasonably be served;
- The transaction fails a lawful security or fraud check; or
- Another legitimate reason prevents fulfilment.
If we do not accept a prepaid order, we will cancel it and refund the amount received.
For Pay on Delivery or Pay on Pickup, the order remains subject to our confirmation and any conditions communicated before acceptance.
10. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing a product in your cart does not reserve stock. Stock is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted.
Where a product becomes unavailable after you submit an order, we may:
- Offer a reasonable delivery delay;
- Offer an alternative product, which you may decline; or
- Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund.
We will not replace an ordered product with a materially different product without your express agreement.
11. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
- Secure online payment through Paystack;
- Pay on Delivery for eligible Lagos orders;
- Pay on Pickup for confirmed pickup orders; and
- Any other method expressly offered during checkout or confirmed by us.
Payment options may vary by product, order value, delivery location and fraud-risk assessment.
You must not send payment to a personal account or payment address that has not been confirmed through an official LetsGoSolar communication channel.
12. Paystack Payments
Online payments are processed through Paystack and the banks, card networks or payment channels supported by Paystack.
When making a Paystack payment:
- You may be redirected to or shown a Paystack payment interface;
- Your bank or payment provider may require authentication;
- Paystack may conduct security or fraud checks;
- A payment may remain pending while verification is completed; and
- Your use of Paystack’s services may also be subject to Paystack’s applicable terms and privacy notice.
LetsGoSolar generally does not receive or store your complete card details, card PIN, security code or online-banking password.
A successful payment message does not by itself constitute order acceptance.
Refunds for Paystack transactions will ordinarily be sent through an appropriate supported method, normally to the original payment source. The time taken for a refund to appear may depend on Paystack, the receiving bank, the card network or another payment participant.
13. Lagos Pay on Delivery
Pay on Delivery is available only for qualifying orders within Lagos.
Pay on Delivery is not automatically available merely because the delivery address is in Lagos. Eligibility may depend on:
- The particular product;
- The order value;
- The delivery area;
- Successful telephone verification;
- Previous order or delivery history;
- Courier availability;
- Security considerations; and
- Other reasonable operational factors.
We may require full or partial prepayment before confirming a Lagos order where reasonably necessary.
For an approved Pay on Delivery order, you must:
- Be reachable using the telephone number provided;
- Ensure that you or an authorised recipient is available;
- Have the confirmed payment amount available;
- Use a payment method accepted by the delivery representative; and
- Complete payment as instructed before the product is released.
Repeated refusal, absence, unreachable telephone numbers or false delivery information may result in the withdrawal of Pay on Delivery eligibility for future orders.
Where disclosed before acceptance, you may be responsible for reasonable delivery or return costs caused by an unjustified refusal or failed delivery.
14. Pay on Pickup
Pay on Pickup is available only where we have expressly confirmed that an order may be collected.
Submitting a Pay on Pickup order does not mean that the item is immediately ready.
You must wait until we notify you that:
- The order has been confirmed;
- The product is ready;
- The collection location has been confirmed;
- The applicable amount has been confirmed; and
- The collection period has been provided.
At pickup, we may request:
- Your order number;
- The telephone number used for the order;
- Reasonable proof of identity; and
- Payment before the product is released.
If another person is collecting for you, we may require advance authorisation and identification.
An uncollected order may be cancelled after the collection period communicated to you has expired.
15. Prepayment Outside Lagos
Orders for delivery outside Lagos must be fully paid before dispatch unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
This ordinarily includes:
- The full product price;
- The confirmed delivery fee; and
- Any other charge clearly disclosed and accepted before payment.
Pay on Delivery outside Lagos is not available unless LetsGoSolar expressly confirms an exception.
We will not dispatch an outside-Lagos order until payment and delivery arrangements have been verified.
16. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on factors such as:
- Delivery state and city;
- Local Government Area or Area Council;
- Exact delivery location;
- Package size and weight;
- Courier availability;
- Delivery urgency; and
- Other logistics requirements.
A delivery amount displayed before complete address verification may be an estimate.
Where the final delivery fee differs from an earlier estimate, we will communicate the confirmed amount before accepting or dispatching the order.
You may accept the confirmed fee or cancel the order before dispatch. If you have already paid and do not accept a revised delivery fee, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
We will not increase a confirmed delivery charge after dispatch unless the change results from incorrect information, an address change requested by you or another circumstance for which you are responsible and you agree to the additional charge.
17. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.
An estimated or preferred delivery date is not automatically guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Courier schedules;
- Traffic;
- Weather;
- Road access;
- Public holidays;
- Security restrictions;
- Incorrect or incomplete address information;
- Failed telephone contact;
- Regional logistics limitations; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to provide updates concerning a significant known delay.
Where an order cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, you may contact us to request:
- An updated delivery estimate;
- An agreed alternative arrangement; or
- Cancellation and a refund for the undelivered order, where applicable.
We are not responsible for a delay caused by your failure to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable communication or make someone available to receive the order.
18. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibilities
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including where applicable:
- State;
- Local Government Area or Area Council;
- City or area;
- Street name;
- Building or house number;
- Apartment or flat number;
- Nearby landmark;
- Delivery instructions; and
- A reachable telephone number.
You must review this information before submitting your order.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Where an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, redirection or second delivery attempt, you may be required to pay the reasonable additional logistics cost, provided it is explained to you before the additional service is performed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and reasonably accessible.
Delivery may be made to you or to an adult who reasonably appears to be authorised to receive the order at the address provided.
19. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for accidental loss of or damage to the product passes to you when the product is delivered to:
- You;
- A person authorised by you; or
- The delivery location or recipient specified in your instructions.
For Pay on Pickup, risk passes when the product is handed to you or your authorised collector.
Ownership of a product passes only after we have received full payment.
This section does not affect your rights where a product was damaged before delivery, incorrectly delivered or defective.
20. Cancelling an Order
20.1 Before acceptance
You may withdraw an order before we accept it by contacting us promptly.
20.2 After acceptance but before dispatch
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an accepted order.
Where the order has not been dispatched or irreversibly committed to delivery, we will ordinarily cancel it and refund the amount paid.
20.3 After dispatch
Where you cancel after dispatch for a reason unrelated to our breach, we may deduct reasonable delivery and return costs from the refund where permitted by law and where those costs were properly disclosed or can be demonstrated.
You should not simply refuse a prepaid delivery without contacting us, unless there is an immediate safety or fraud concern.
20.4 Cancellation by LetsGoSolar
We may cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable;
- A material pricing or product-information error occurred;
- Payment was unsuccessful or reversed;
- Required verification could not be completed;
- The delivery address cannot reasonably be served;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity;
- The order violates these Terms; or
- An event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
21. Inspection on Delivery or Pickup
Where reasonably possible, inspect the order at delivery or pickup for:
- Correct product and model;
- Correct quantity;
- Obvious external damage;
- Signs that the packaging has been materially interfered with; and
- Included accessories shown on the product listing or packing information.
Where the delivery process allows, notify the delivery representative immediately of visible damage or an incorrect product.
A suspected defective-on-arrival issue should be reported within 24 hours after delivery or collection. A missing or incorrect carton accessory should also be reported within 24 hours after delivery or collection. Visible or suspected delivery damage should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. These periods support prompt investigation and do not automatically remove rights concerning hidden defects or other non-excludable legal remedies.
Photographs or a short unboxing video may help us investigate a claim, but the absence of a recording will not automatically remove a valid statutory right.
Accepting, signing for or paying for an order does not waive your rights in respect of:
- A hidden defect;
- A defect that could not reasonably be identified at delivery;
- A materially incorrect specification;
- Missing internal components; or
- Another valid claim under applicable law.
Do not use a product that appears swollen, burnt, leaking, physically unsafe or materially damaged. Disconnect it where safe to do so and contact us promptly.
For detailed procedures, see our Warranty & Aftersales Policy.
22. Returns and Refunds
22.1 No voluntary change-of-mind returns
LetsGoSolar does not ordinarily accept a return solely because:
- You changed your mind;
- You no longer want the product;
- You found another product or price elsewhere;
- You ordered the wrong model despite the listing being accurate; or
- The product does not support an appliance whose requirements exceed the clearly stated specifications.
This restriction does not apply where Nigerian law gives you a non-excludable right to cancel, return or obtain another remedy.
22.2 Qualifying return reasons
We will consider a return where:
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The delivered product is materially different from its description;
- The product was damaged before or during delivery;
- Required components or accessories are missing;
- The product contains a material manufacturing defect;
- The product is not in good working order when supplied; or
- The product otherwise fails an applicable statutory quality standard.
22.3 Reporting a problem
Notify us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem. The 24-hour DOA and 48-hour delivery-damage reporting periods in Section 21 and the Warranty & Aftersales Policy apply to those categories.
Provide:
- Your order number;
- Your name and telephone number;
- The product name and serial number, where applicable;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photographs or video where reasonably available; and
- Any troubleshooting information reasonably requested.
Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery damage, missing items and incorrect deliveries. It does not eliminate a statutory right solely because the defect was not reported immediately.
22.4 Assessment
We may reasonably require:
- Remote troubleshooting;
- Photographs or video;
- Confirmation of connected devices and loads;
- Return of the product for inspection;
- Inspection by an authorised technician; or
- Information needed to distinguish a manufacturing defect from misuse, accidental damage or unsupported operation.
You must not deliberately alter, dismantle or attempt an unauthorised repair before assessment.
22.5 Available remedies
Where a valid defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, the available remedy may include:
- Supplying the correct product or missing component;
- Repairing the product;
- Replacing the product; or
- Refunding the applicable purchase price.
The remedy will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, product condition, availability and whether a repair or replacement can reasonably resolve the issue.
For qualifying consumer purchases, Nigerian law provides statutory remedies for goods that fail applicable quality requirements, including the right to return qualifying defective goods within three months after delivery and to receive a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
22.6 Return costs
Where the return is required because we delivered the wrong product or because a qualifying defect existed when the product was supplied, LetsGoSolar will bear reasonable authorised return costs.
Do not send a product through an unapproved courier without first obtaining return instructions, except where an urgent safety situation makes this unreasonable.
If inspection establishes that the product is not defective and the problem resulted from unsupported use, overload, accidental damage or another excluded cause, you may be responsible for reasonable collection, inspection or redelivery costs. Any such cost will be explained before it is charged.
22.7 Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will ordinarily be made:
- To the original payment method;
- To the verified account from which payment was made; or
- Through another secure method agreed with you.
We may require reasonable verification before sending a refund to a different account.
A refund for an undelivered, incorrect or qualifying defective order will include amounts that applicable law requires to be refunded.
After a refund has been approved and all reasonably required return and verification steps have been completed, LetsGoSolar will initiate the refund without unreasonable delay.
After a refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on Paystack, the receiving bank, the card network or another payment participant.
23. Manufacturer Warranty
Products sold by LetsGoSolar are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s commercial warranty, where one is provided.
Products advertised with a two-year warranty carry a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty beginning on delivery or collection, subject to the product-specific warranty terms.
The warranty duration and product-specific coverage will be stated on the relevant product page, packaging, warranty card, invoice or other warranty information supplied with the product.
LetsGoSolar does not provide a separate extended commercial warranty unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
23.1 Warranty support
The manufacturer handles and decides commercial warranty claims. LetsGoSolar provides aftersales assistance and may:
- Verify the order;
- Receive the initial complaint;
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting;
- Collect information required by the manufacturer;
- Coordinate inspection;
- Direct the customer to an authorised service provider; or
- Communicate the manufacturer’s claim decision.
23.2 Typical exclusions
Manufacturer warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse;
- Operating the product outside its specifications;
- Excessive continuous or surge loads;
- Incorrect voltage, current or polarity;
- Use of incompatible chargers, panels, cables or accessories;
- Unauthorised opening, modification or repair;
- Water, fire, impact, infestation or environmental damage;
- Improper storage;
- Failure to follow safety or operating instructions;
- Removed, altered or unreadable serial numbers;
- Normal wear and consumable deterioration; or
- Another exclusion stated in the manufacturer’s warranty.
The applicable manufacturer warranty terms will determine the commercial warranty claim.
23.3 Statutory rights remain
The manufacturer’s warranty is additional to any statutory rights you have against LetsGoSolar as the seller.
It does not remove or replace any obligation that Nigerian law places on LetsGoSolar concerning defective, unsafe, materially misdescribed or unfit goods.
For full details, see our Warranty & Aftersales Policy.
24. Safe and Proper Product Use
You must read and follow all product instructions, labels, warnings and operating limits.
In particular, you must not:
- Exceed the stated continuous output;
- Connect equipment with an unsupported startup or surge requirement;
- Exceed a stated solar-input or charging limit;
- Use damaged or incompatible cables;
- Obstruct required ventilation;
- Expose the product to water, extreme heat or another prohibited environment;
- Attempt an unauthorised repair;
- Use the product for an unlawful purpose; or
- Continue using a product that shows signs of a serious safety problem.
LetsGoSolar is not responsible for damage caused by operation contrary to clear product specifications or safety instructions, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
25. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping and informational purposes.
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent orders;
- Impersonate another person;
- Use another person’s payment information without authorisation;
- Attempt to bypass website security;
- Introduce malware or harmful code;
- Scrape or extract website information through unauthorised automated means;
- Interfere with the website’s operation;
- Attempt to access restricted systems or data;
- Abuse discount codes, promotions or Pay on Delivery;
- Use the website to violate another person’s rights; or
- Use website content for an unlawful or competing commercial purpose.
We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or business.
26. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents, including:
- LetsGoSolar branding;
- Website design;
- Text;
- Graphics;
- Videos;
- Product presentations;
- Logos;
- Icons;
- Photographs created for LetsGoSolar;
- Software;
- Interactive features; and
- Compilation and arrangement of content,
are owned by or licensed to LetsGoSolar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and display website content for your personal shopping use.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or republish substantial website content;
- Modify or create derivative works from our content;
- Remove ownership notices;
- Use LetsGoSolar branding to imply endorsement;
- Reproduce our product photographs for another store;
- Resell access to the website; or
- Use our content for misleading or competing commercial activity.
Manufacturer names, product names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
27. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- Gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
- A refund or consumer remedy required by law;
- Breach of a non-excludable statutory product obligation; or
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to those exceptions, LetsGoSolar will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
For customers purchasing primarily for business purposes, we will not ordinarily be liable for:
- Loss of profit;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of business opportunity;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of goodwill; or
- Loss arising from reliance on an unsupported runtime estimate.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability concerning a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a higher remedy is required by law.
We are not responsible for loss caused by:
- Incorrect information provided by you;
- Use outside published specifications;
- Overloading;
- Incompatible equipment;
- Unauthorised modification;
- Failure to follow operating instructions;
- A third-party service outside our reasonable control; or
- Another act or omission for which you are responsible.
This section does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.
28. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as:
- Severe weather or flooding;
- Fire or natural disaster;
- Civil disturbance or insecurity;
- Government restriction;
- Import, customs or port disruption;
- Industrial action;
- Major road closure;
- Widespread telecommunications or payment-network failure;
- Courier-network disruption;
- Public-health emergency; or
- A comparable event that could not reasonably have been prevented.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and resume performance.
Where the event materially delays or prevents delivery, we will provide an update where reasonably possible. You may cancel the affected undelivered order and receive the refund required by law if performance cannot reasonably be completed.
29. Contact Information
Questions, cancellations, delivery issues, return requests, warranty requests and complaints may be directed to:

When contacting us about an order, include your order number and the telephone number used during checkout.
30. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
A complaint should include:
- Your name;
- Order number;
- Contact information;
- Description of the issue;
- Relevant documents, photographs or payment evidence; and
- The resolution requested.
We will attempt to resolve the complaint in good faith.
If the dispute is not resolved through direct communication, the parties may agree to mediation or another appropriate alternative dispute-resolution process.
A consumer may also submit a complaint to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or exercise any other remedy available under Nigerian law.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract arising from an order are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right concerning where proceedings may be brought, disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Where legally permissible, the courts with jurisdiction in Lagos State may hear proceedings connected with these Terms or an order.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent regulatory or dispute-resolution body.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Our website;
- Products or order process;
- Payment or delivery arrangements;
- Service providers;
- Business operations; or
- Applicable law.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that order. A later change will not retrospectively alter an existing order unless:
- The change is required by law;
- The change benefits the customer; or
- Both parties agree to it.
33. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our consent, except where applicable law permits.
We may use delivery, payment, communications, hosting, technical-support and warranty-service providers to perform our obligations, but remain responsible for our own obligations under the sales contract.
These Terms, the applicable product listing, the confirmed order information, the Warranty & Aftersales Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any expressly incorporated policy form the agreement between you and LetsGoSolar concerning the order.
